E-Filing

If your case has been e-filed in Iowa, Iowa Process Service will automatically e-file our affidavit of service. After filing, we mail your signed and notarized affidavit to you. If your case has been e-filed in a state besides Iowa, IPS will send our affidavit of service to you for e-filing.
